The Council require a consultant to work to undertake feasibility work in order to address the following: 1) Identify local business needs 2) Analyse local land supply and demand 3) Barriers to investment at this site 4) Identify similar sites within the city region that have been delivered and what where the drivers that enabled their development 5) Understanding the needs/aspirations of the land owners 6) Consideration of masterplan design options, Employment Land Review, etc. 7) Business plan to generate inward investment 8) Identify specific options for EDC owned land.
