You (the Bidder) are invited by Quality Meat Scotland (QMS) to tender in accordance with the following documentation for the provision of Provision of Services for sampling in store and brand ambassadors.

1.0 Client case study examples It is the wish of Quality Meat Scotland that this contract delivers exemplar levels of service. In order for this to be achieved, we require tenderers to provide details of their methodologies for the delivering a high quality service and for value for money savings mechanisms to be put in place. Please provide examples of previous sampling and brand ambassador activity your agency has conducted, detailing planning process, execution and lessons learned. 2. Experience of red meat sampling activity Please provide examples of previous work with regards to sampling with red meat. Which retailers have you had experience working with? How recently was this experience? What experience do you have working with retailers who specify agencies need to go through their preferred supplier? What lead times do you need for campaigns? What experience do you have working with retailers that have not done much sampling before? Please give details elements such as: how your agency manages the campaigns (use the 40 store journey plan as an example); contingencies that are put in place; how you contact/liase with retailer clients; sign off and lead times required for campaigns. 3. Evaluation and reporting Please give details of your evaluation and reporting methods with regards to managing brand ambassadors and sampling activity. Is this part of the service you provide? Is it included in costs? If not, what are the associated costs. 4. Account management QMS expects the account to be managed consistently and professionally. The lead account manager should have awareness of all activity being carried out for QMS within the agency and keep track of performance, budget, evaluation, reporting and return on investment, working closely with QMS' contract manager and key personnel. Contract management meetings will take place monthly either at the supplier's offices, QMS' headquarters in The Rural Centre, Ingilston, or via web/telephone conferencing if a face-to-face meeting is not possible. On a quarterly basis, review meetings will be held with the account management team to consider performance against KPIs and opportunities for the next quarter. 5. Agency capacity, and agility If selected, the agency should have capacity within the core account management team to cope with busy periods during the yearly plan preferably without outsourcing work without prior consent from QMS. In responding to a campaign brief QMS needs the agency to be agile and it is an essential requirement that the agency's account team must be able to scope out, provide an initial response and rough timing plan within five working days of a new brief being received. If outsourcing is needed to support a project, QMS account team must be consulted in advance with alternative options explained. Details of size of agency, number of qualified sampling staff available should also be given.

Renewal: Yearly for a maximum of 5 years. No guarantee of future spend
