"description": "Under the DPS, mini-competition tenders will be evaluated to identify which of the eligible tenders will deliver best value for money for the organisation. This will be based on Quality and Price criteria, typically in the proportion of Quality 10:Price 90. This ratio may be varied for individual competitions under the DPS. Quality criteria will be linked to the subject matter of the contract and be based on the operational delivery of particular elements outlined in the specification. The Quality criteria will be more precisely formulated at the tender stage and may be varied for individual competitions under the DPS. The buyer is using PCS-Tender to conduct this PQQ exercise. The Project code is 3379. For more information see: http://www.publiccontractsscotland.gov.uk/info/InfoCentre.aspx?ID=2343 Community benefits are included in this requirement. For more information see: http://www.publiccontractsscotland.gov.uk/info/InfoCentre.aspx?ID=2361 A summary of the expected community benefits has been provided as follows: If an operator anticipates winning over 1 million GBP worth of taxi/PHV work per annum, they will be asked to identify what additional employment related community benefits they may deliver as part of their tender submission, such as the provision of apprentices, work experience and attendance at career fairs etc. A question on this will appear in the Technical Envelope.
