Hope Park Counselling Centre, part of the University of Edinburgh, is looking to procure a cloud based software solution to replace the existing MS Access database they use for client management, student experience, research and reporting; as the existing MS Access database is no longer being supported or developed. Client Management System -client care -student experience -research -data management and reports This procurement will be conducted via the Public Contracts Scotland - Tender portal (PCS-T). We will apply a one stage Open procedure. Bidders must self-certify their adherence to the conditions of participation via the ESPD (Scotland) in PSC-T, and may be required to submit Means of Proof before contract award. Bidders must refer to the specific requirements listed in the Section III in this Contract Notice when completing the ESPD in PCS-T.

Hope Park Counselling Centre, part of the University of Edinburgh, is looking to procure a cloud based software solution to replace the existing MS Access database they use for client management, student experience, research and reporting; as the existing MS Access database is no longer being supported or developed' It is the University's in-house counselling centre for the full time MCID of (Masters in Counselling: Interpersonal Dialogue) students and the Professional Doctorate students in Psychotherapy and Counselling. Hope Park is also a training and research centre. Replacement of the existing Client database to cover -client care -student experience -research -Data management and reports The data that Hope park handle will be subject to General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) provisions and the Service manager will be responsible for ensuring the GDPR data is captured using the GDPR Master database.. Please note: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.

Options: The university may include any options required to ensure the solution is fit for the purpose from the Contracted supplier over the contracted period, eg additional modules may be purchased as the technology evolves.

Renewal: Extension options will be considered before the end of the 4th year. Thereafter, the university may extend every 12 months for as long as the software is required.
