Notice Description
EST is seeking an experienced environmental consultant to support monitoring and analysis of Scottish bus transport emissions. The appointed tenderer will assist Transport Scotland and EST by providing services that will include the following. - The collection of environmental and vehicle specific emission baseline data. - Emissions monitoring using one or more of the following on board vehicle, mobile and temporary fixed emissions monitoring equipment. - Analysis of emissions data to identify record and report changes in environmental and vehicle specific emissions as a result of vehicle retrofitting.
