Skills Development Scotland, on behalf of Scottish Enterprise, has a requirement to procure a cloud based (Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)), Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to support the organisation gain efficiencies in providing HR services across all staff levels. This contract will not be divided into lots due to the technical nature of the requirement.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in the regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulation 2015.

Options: (due to the optional two one-year extensions - see II.2.7)

Renewal: Two further 12-month extensions
