Repair and Servicing of Fire Alarms & Related Equipment and Emergency Lighting Systems in Viewpoint properties in Edinburgh and Fife - see Schedule 2 Property List - for an initial period of 36 months, with the option to extend by a further 24 months in 12 month intervals. The Contractor must include for call-out service and emergency maintenance on a 24 hour, 7 days a week, 365 days per year basis. All works are to be completed in compliance with the applicable BS standards.
