Notice Description
The Council has a requirement for the treatment and recovery/recycling of rubble waste which is collected from householders through the network of Household Waste & Recycling Centres within Aberdeenshire.

Rubble waste from Household Waste & Recycling Centres - Fraserburgh & Peterhead
To procure a service for the treatment and recycling/recovery of rubble waste that is collected at the Household Waste & Recycling Centres in Fraserburgh and Peterhead. The rubble will be delivered directly by the Council to the Supplier's premises. Full details of the requirement can be found in the attached Invitation to Tender documents (with appendices).. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contract (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Bidders will be required to advise if they intend to subcontract any share of the contract to third parties and to list any subcontractors that they propose to use.
Renewal: The Council shall have the sole option of extending the contract for a further period of up to 24 months, awarded annually, after the expiry of the initial term of 36 months.
