The Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified supplier who is competent and capable to provide a fully comprehensive Cash Receipting and Income Management Solution. The undernoted are mandatory for a supplier to be considered for the tender: - System must be fully hosted off site; - System must satisfy security requirements as detailed in the responses bidders provide to the security questionnaire, along with any supplementary information providing additional detail to these responses; - Solution must be able to allow payments from different companies to be identified and reconciled; - Solution must have the ability to allow a charge to be made for payment by debit and credit cards; - All modules must be detailed in full and the purchase and maintenance costs for each detailed; - Any third party solutions must be fully compliant with PCI-DSS; - All data held in respect of card payments must be held in accordance with PCI-DSS and remain so for future changes for all payment sources. No data should be held or stored on site at the Council.
