This Framework Agreement is for the supply of trastuzumab powder for reconstitution for intravenous infusion 150mg & 420mg vials to Health Boards across NHS Scotland. Each product line was treated as an individual lot and awarded as an unranked multi supplier framework agreement. It was envisaged that each line would be awarded to a maximum of four (4)Framework Participants.. Access to contract pricing is required by the designated Compounding company for supply to Participating Authorities across NHS Scotland.

Renewal: Option to extend by a further two (2) periods of twelve (12) months upon giving not less than three (3) months written notice, such notice to expire no later than the date the framework agreement is due to expire.
