Notice Description

Repair, Servicing and Associated Works of Door Entry, Warden Call and CCTV Systems in Viewpoint properties in Edinburgh and Fife for an initial period of 36 months, with the option to extend by a further 24 months in 12 month intervals. The Contractor must include for call-out service and emergency maintenance on a 24 hour, 7 days a week, 365 days per year basis for all systems and equipment covered under this specification. All works are to be completed in compliance with BS-EN 5839.
