Notice Description
The purpose of this procurement exercise was to appoint a range of capable, best value contractors for the supply of Library Security and Self Service Equipment and Maintenance. The scope of this procurement covers the supply of Library Security and Self Service Equipment and Maintenance including but not limited to provision of: - Timely installation of all required hardware and software functionality and upgrades; - All associated software licensing and or equivalent model of service delivery; - Support and Maintenance in line with contractual Service Level obligations; This procurement exercise was for the award of up to three lots as detailed below: Lot1 - One Stop Shop (Security and Self Service Equipment with Maintenance)for award up to a maximum of three suppliers; Lot2 - Self Service Laptop Charging Locker(S)for award up to a maximum of three suppliers; Lot3 - Self Check-out App Design for award up to a maximum of three suppliers;

Self Service Laptop Loan Charging Locker(s)
Lot two - Self Service Laptop Charging Locker(s) and associated services for Universities and Colleges in Scotland, including provision of all software, installation, maintenance and training. "performanceTerms": "Submission of Management Information Following commencement of the Framework Agreement, the Contractor will provide a performance report to The Authority on a quarterly basis to include spend by institution under the Framework Agreement for the reporting period. Contractors must provide the information on a quarterly basis, within 10 working days following the start of each quarter. Data must be uploaded to the website: http://ucsp.ac.uk/ using the template provided (template shall be provided during the lead-in period). The supplied template is the only format permissible and should contain Contractor name, tender reference, total net spend by institution each month. If there has been no spend for the quarter, then this will still require you to log in and record a nil spend return."
