This framework was for the supply of assistive technology hardware, software and consumables for Further and Higher Institutional purchases and students with government funding.. Economic operators may have been excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015
Renewal: The Framework Agreement will be for an initial period of 2 years. The Authority reserves the right to extend the Framework Agreement for a further 2 x 12 month periods subject to satisfactory performance and continued Institutions requirements.
