Notice Description

Replacement of all plant within existing plant room - safe removal and disposal of plant/ equipment/ pipework and fittings. Drain down and removal (if possible) of cold water storage tank, heating feed and expansion tank, both located within attic. Bypassing existing cold water storage tank to convert school's cold water supply to mains pressure. Cleaning and painting floor, walls and ceiling within plant room and adjacent store. Installation of 4 nr. gas fired boilers each with dedicated shut pump, 3 nr. twin head heating circulation pumps, 1 nr. combined vacuum degasser and pressurisation unit, 1 nr. combined hydraulic deaerator and dirt separator, 1 nr. indirect hot water cylinder, 1 nr. domestic hot water recirculation pump and Trend automatic controls system, with all associated pipework, fittings and electrical work. Testing, commissioning and 12 months maintenance of installation
