Back To Laboratory Saliva Based Test Kits and Screening for Controlled and Illegal Drugs' are required when the court has made a DTTO (Drug Testing and Treatment Order).The Council requires the supply of Back To Laboratory Saliva Based Test Kits& Screening for controlled and illegal drugs and a Confirmation Testing Service to be available as and when required. Integral to this requirement will be the ability to provide Secure Electronic Results via a web-based portal which will support the DTTOs success in delivering an effective service to the Scottish Courts

Integral to this requirement will be the ability to provide Secure Electronic Results via a web-based portal which will support the DTTOs success in delivering an effective service to the Scottish Courts

Options: In addition to back to laboratory saliva- based drug testing kits, The City of Edinburgh Council requires a small amount of urine based test kits. A specification for this additional requirement and pricing schedule has been included in the documentations. If your organisation can provide urine based test kits please complete the Pricing Schedule- Urine Testing Kits (Additional Service). This service will not be evaluated.
