    "description": "Health and Safety The football stadium will remain open and operational during the contract period. The contractor should take this into account when programming the works. The contractor should ensure that all information provided in the Pre-Construction Information is accounted for in their submission. Welfare Facilities Contractors are required to provide their own welfare facilities and storage throughout the duration of the contract. Contractors will be asked to provide their proposals for welfare at the pre-start meeting. Invoicing Procedures The payment mechanism is defined within the SBCC Minor Works Building contract with Contractors Design for use in Scotland and in line with the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009. Up to Practical Completion interim certificates will be issued at monthly intervals as agreed between the Employer and the Contractor at the pre-start meeting.
