West Dunbartonshire Council, acting on behalf of West Dunbartonshire Leisure Trust, is seeking to appoint an appropriately skilled contractor to research, design and install a replacement Air Handling Unit in the Meadow Centre Swimming Pool, Dumbarton. The Meadow Centre is a combined leisure centre with swimming pool, sports hall and gymnasium. The Centre has a floor area of around 4,500 m2 and an EPC rating of G. All equipment will be maintained by supplier for 1 year after installation and commissioning, with a warranty period of 1 year thereafter.. The full design, install and commissioning of the air handling unit shall be completed before 30th November 2018. The installation shall be carried out between 19th November 2018 and 30th November 2018 due to the requirement of the swimming pool to be closed.
