Notice Description

Supply and Delivery of Hand Operated Floor Cleaning and Floor Care Equipment The total annual spend over the four lots is anticipated to be in the region of 66000GBP per annum. However, the Council wishes to include the scope for contingency spend in the region of 20% per annum. This can be spent in whole on an individual lot or over multiple lots at the Council's sole discretion.

Lot Information

Scrubber Dryers (Small and Medium)

As per title. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal: Initial contract period of 36 months with the option to extend for up to two periods of up to 12 months each at the Council's sole discretion.

Tub Vacuums

As per title. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal: Initial contract period of 36 months with the option to extend for up to two periods of up to 12 months each at the Council's sole discretion.

Upright Vacuums

As per Title

Renewal: The contract duration will be from 1st October 2018 to 30th September 2021. The Authority reserves the right to extend this for a further period of two x twelve (12) month periods at its sole discretion.
