The Supplier shall produce the licence for inspection when required to do so by the Purchaser The Supplier shall ensure that all drivers as part of the Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) make arrangements at his own cost for the driver(s) to attend training courses to ensure that they are in receipt of the required equivalent of one days training as part of the periodic training courses covering basic first aid, safe and fuel efficient driving, legal requirements health & safety and disability awareness All drivers shall adhere to \"The Public Service Vehicles (Conduct of Drivers, Inspectors, Conductors and Passengers) Amendment (Scotland) Regulations 2006 Drivers engaged in the delivery of school bus services must be appropriately vetted by their employer. Drivers regularly allocated to school bus operations will require to be members of the PVG Scheme for the purposes of working with children. The Purchaser may request sight of PVG scheme records and scheme records updates of Drivers employed by the Supplier. Suppliers must ensure that their employees have consented to this arrangement in writing."
