Notice Description
Castle Rock Edinvar Housing Association are seeking expressions of interest from suitably resourced, qualified and experienced contractors in order to implement a Grounds Maintenance Contract to achieve the standard set out within the specification in accordance with lot breakdowns, site drawings and GIS mapping provided. Castle Rock Edinvar currently spend approximately 185,000 GBP per annum on providing grounds maintenance services to circa 160 schemes and properties in the East Lothian, Edinburgh, Falkirk, Midlothian, Milton of Campsie, Stirling, Tullibody and West Lothian regions. The stock within these regions is owned and managed by CREHA and other Places for People Group companies.
