Notice Description
The City of Edinburgh Council put in place a Framework Agreement, with four lots, with Multiple Providers to service that Framework Agreement as follows: Lot One: One to Many Workshop Core Workshops - Delivery of General Business Start-up and Early stage growth workshops to SME's in Edinburgh & Lothian Region Lot Two: Digital Boost - Delivery of Digital Workshops & 121 Expert help to SMEs in Edinburgh & Lothian Region Lot Three: ERDF Funded Services - Specialist Business Support- Delivery of a growth programme of support of Edinburgh SME's aiming to grow their business and trade internationally Lot Four: Woman in Business Programme - Deliver a programme of support to Women Led Business in Edinburgh to recognise their business potential and explore new markets

One to Many Workshops (core)
Lot 1 - procurement for the delivery of the Business Gateway pre-start-up, start-up and early stage growth business service.
Renewal: It is intended to award the framework agreement for two years, with an option to extend for up to a further 24 months, at 12 month intervals, undertaken at the sole discretion of the City of Edinburgh Council.
Digital BoostDelivery of Digital Workshops & 121 Expert help to SMEs

Women in Business ProgrammeThis programme is part of the Phase 3 ERDF programme and would provide a combination of digital, 121 and workshop support.

European Regional Development FundThe programme will offer expert help, and business workshop services funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) that complement, but do not duplicate existing Business Gateway services
