CE-52-18 Provision of Office Furniture & Equipment Moves Framework Agreement
Notice Description
South Ayrshire Council (SAC) has a requirement to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of ad-hoc office furniture and equipment moves, including; - Removal of office furniture and equipment from Council Buildings - Packing service of office furniture and equipment (only if required) - Delivery of office furniture and equipment to other Council Buildings - In addition to the above there is also the requirement, as part of this Framework Agreement, that the Service Provider must make sure the rooms that are emptied are left in a suitable condition and providers may be asked to carry-out, including but not limited to; carpet cleaning, window cleaning (after offices are emptied), mounting of TV's and dismantling and re-building of furniture as and when requested by the Framework Administrator
