This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is in relation to The provision of Home Energy Advice Services It is anticipated that the scope of the framework will include, but is not limited to, The provision of bespoke home energy advice providing tenants with advice on how to reduce household energy consumption Improve energy efficiency, and advise on energy efficiency measures, the framework will assist in alleviating fuel property in line with The Scottish Governments fuel poverty strategy.
