Glasgow City Council main objective for this procurement exercise is to ensure that all lifting equipment is maintained in order to avoid risk to lives and property. This shall be achieved by appointing suitably qualified suppliers who shall carry out Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 (LOLER) examination and associated repairs in accordance to manufacturer's recommendations and with compliance with relevant legislations/regulations and best practice. This shall include hydraulic cranes and bidders must review Document One which details all of the equipment which is covered under this agreement. Renewal: Up to a further two period of 12 months
