Options: The City of Edinburgh Council reserves the right to procure repeat requirements of a similar nature without any further call for competition pursuant to Article 32(5) of Directive 2014/24/EU and Regulation 33(8)(a) of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal: This contract is for two years with the option to extend for up to a further 24 months.
