Lot 1

Stirling Council (Housing Services) are seeking suitably qualified and experienced contractor to provide a removal related service for the following: - Housing Voids (Removal & Associated Services) - Homelessness Properties (Removal & Associated Services) In relation to gas appliances, only individuals registered with the Gas Safe Register can undertake disconnection and reconnection. In the event it is discovered that a supplier has used anyone not so registered the overall contract will be terminated immediately.Transportation of items removed from the property to the new location using appropriate vehicles and in full compliance to the appropriate traffic and road regulations.. Maximum value of this contract will be 425000 GBP

Renewal: The contract is for an initial 3 years with the option to extend for 2 x 12 month extensions at the sole discretion of the Council. This is a recurring need.
