Lot Information
Lot 1
The fire detection & alarm system installation shall generally comprise of, but is not limited to, the following works: - Disconnection and removal of existing fire alarm system upon completion of the new fire detection & alarm system; - Installation of new fire detection & alarm system; - Making good to building fabric and structure, where new cabling and containment is installed; - Fire stopping to new and existing penetrations, where new cabling and containment is installed; - Zone charts; - Liaising with 3rd party providers to enable interfacing of their equipment with the fire alarm system e.g. lift, access control, H&V control panels etc; - Lift modifications - connection of the existing equipment to the new fire alarm system; - Labelling; - Testing and Commissioning; - Detailed design layouts; - Installation drawings; - As built drawings / Record drawings; - Provide all associated test results, commissioning information, schedules and certifications; - Provide Operation and Maintenance Manual information
