Management of Loan and Grant Schemes relating to the Energy Efficient Scotland programme
Notice Description
Management of schemes aimed at improving energy, water and resource efficiency, and implementing renewable and low carbon technologies amongst households, businesses, housing providers and other third party organisations. The Service Provider's duties will include: - processing of scheme applications (in relation to existing and future schemes) - assessment of applications, carrying out of credit checks, and decision-making regarding acceptance - administration of loan and grant payments - recovery of loan repayments (on existing and future loans) - financial management - customer support - liaison with relevant advice and support providers - ad hoc information and advice to Scottish Government - monitoring and reporting, to the Scottish Government, scheme Key Performance Indicators and preparing management and financial information.

CASE/432679. An Open procedure will be used. A single service provider will be appointed. Financial Conduct Authority registration is required. The Contract Start Date is expected to be 01/04/2019 to allow for a two-month implementation/handover period. (An existing contract will expire on 31/05/2019.) The Contract Duration is expected to be two years with the option to extend for up to two additional years.
