Notice Description
Provision of Roof Replacement, Baird Street Police Office, Phase 2 Works completion to be 8 weeks from the commencement of the Works and no later than 31st March 2019. The Authority requires a "Sika" Liquid Plastics product, installed by an approved installer with a 20 year guarantee. This is required to ensure compliance with the warranty of phase 1. The Contractor will be responsible for managing the installation and obtaining the guarantee on behalf of the Authority
