The work comprises the provision of the following new works:- Repairs and upgrading to existing entrance canopy and surrounding area including roof drainage; repair and overhaul to existing main roof area including identified recommended repairs to steelwork; overhaul and repair to main roof panels with power wash; overcladding system ground floor to roof; replacement windows to all flats and communal areas; conversion of roof access window to door; steel roof access ladders; internal roof drainage; new sprinkler installation covering all areas; upgrading existing ventilation systems; ground floor external lighting; internal roof space lighting; full internal redecoration of communal areas throughout the tower; wall tiling to lift lobby at ground floor level. Removal of redundant works and integration of new works within existing building structure, fabric and systems.
