Renfrewshire Council is seeking to appoint a Provider to provide a Housing Support Service for Single Homeless People and Childless Couples who may have Complex Needs. The Service will be provided at 17 Abercorn Street, Paisley PA3 4AA.

Lot 1
The Service to be provided by the Provider is the provision of a Housing Support Service, as defined by Law and Guidance, primarily for single homeless people or childless couples ("Service Users") who may have Complex Needs, residing in supported, interim accommodation at the location detailed within the Invitation to Tender documents. The Provider will also provide a Housing Management Service as defined in Law and Guidance for the accommodation at the Premises detailed in the Invitation to Tender documents.
Renewal: The Contract will be for a period of 2 years with the option to extend by up to one further year subject to satisfactory operation and performance.
