These aspects shall not be sub-contracted. -Any Contractor undertaking any works on mains gas services or LPG systems shall have the relevant Gas Safe registration.                     "minimum": "-Bidders will be required to have an average yearly turnover of a minimum of 1,800,000GBP in the business area covered by the contract for the last 3 years. Where turnover information is not available for the time period requested, the bidder will be required to state the date which they were set up or started trading. -The Authority will use Experian to check the financial stability / risks associated with a Tenderer, and require that they have at least a score of 51 out of 100 'Below Average Risk'. Failing that, the Authority will use reasonable measures to ensure that appointing the Tenderer does not provide an elevated risk in terms of their financial stability and will request such information as may be reasonable necessary to ascertain that. -It is a requirement of this contract that bidders hold, or can commit to obtain prior to the commence of any subsequently awarded contract, the types and levels of insurance indicated below: Employer's (Compulsory) Liability Insurance = 10m GBP Professional Indemnity Insurance = 10m GBP Product Liability Insurance = 10m GBP The minimum amount of cover for insurance against loss of or damage to property (except Plant and Materials and Equipment) and liability for bodily injury to or death of a person (not an employee of the Contractor) arising from or in connection with the Contractor Providing the Service for any one event is = 20m GBP The insurance against loss of or damage to Plant and Materials and Equipment is to include cover for Plant and Materials provided by the Client for an amount of = 150,000 GBP http://www.hse.gov.uk/pubns/hse40.pdf"

                    "description": "Bidders will be required to provide three examples of contracts with other organisations that demonstrate that they have the relevant experience to deliver the services/supplies as described in part II.2.4 of the OJEU Contract Notice or the relevant section of the Site Notice. Bidders may not submit examples of previous contracts with Midlothian Council. Any submitted examples should be relevant to the nature and scope of the affected properties included under the contract. Bidders should be able to demonstrate an established supply chain for the delivery of the contract. Bidders will be required to confirm details of the technicians or technical bodies who they can call upon, especially those responsible for quality control. Bidders will be required to confirm that they have (or have access to) the relevant supply chain management and tracking systems used by them to deliver the types of requirements detailed in II.2.4 in the OJEU Contract Notice or the relevant section of the Site Notice. Please be specific on your supplier vetting and selection procedures including ongoing performance management and corrective action where necessary. Bidders will be required to confirm their average annual manpower for the last three years. This should be broken down into their technical or professional roles. Bidders will be required to confirm their and the number of managerial staff for the last three years. Bidders will be required to demonstrate that they have (or have access to) the relevant tools, plant or technical equipment to deliver the types of requirements detailed in II.2.4 in the OJEU Contract Notice or the relevant section of the Site Notice.                     "minimum": "Bidders will be required to demonstrate that they have (or have access to) the appropriate technical facilities, study and research facilities and quality measures to deliver the types of requirements detailed in II.2.4 in the OJEU Contract Notice or the relevant section of the Site Notice. This should include technical facilities and measures (including systems and processes) in place, or will have in place by contract award, to ensure compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation and to ensure the protection of the rights of data subjects. Your response should include, but should not be limited to facilities and measures: to ensure ongoing confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of processing systems and services; to comply with the rights of data subjects in respect of receiving privacy information, and access, rectification, deletion and portability of personal data; to ensure that any consent based processing meets standards of active, informed consent, and that such consents are recorded and auditable; to ensure legal safeguards are in place to legitimise transfers of personal data outside the EU (if such transfers will take place); to maintain records of personal data processing activities; and to regularly test, assess and evaluate the effectiveness of the above measures. Bidders will be required to confirm that they and/or the service provider have the following relevant educational and professional qualifications: Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering for staff responsible for this element of the services. These elements may not be sub-contracted. Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering for staff responsible for this element of the services. These elements may not be sub-contracted. Relevant qualifications in gas engineering for staff responsible for this element of the services. These elements may not be sub-contracted. Relevant qualifications with regards to staff responsible for; -legionella / maintaining water systems. -Air conditioning units. -Lifts -Swimming Pool, saunas, steam rooms, etc -CCTV systems -Fire Alarms -Intruder Alarms -Door entry systems -Barrier Systems -Fire suppressant systems -Ventilation systems -Catering equipment -Chimney inspections -Nursecall systems -Solar panels Where the Tenderer will rely upon the accreditations of a sub-contractor in order to meet with the above, they must submit the appropriate sections of the provided ESPD as detailed in 2D.1.2 of that document. And/Or: Bidders will be required to confirm that their managerial staff have the following relevant educational and professional qualifications; Bachelor's degrees in mechanical engineering (SCQF Level 10 or above).
