Notice Description
East Renfrewshire Council is inviting tenders, from suitably qualified companies for the Implementation of a School Catering and Information System (Replacement Cashless Catering solution) across all Primary and Secondary schools. This will include the new Hardware in terms of Point of Sales (POS) Till Units, Revaluation units and Till drawers. In addition to the hardware the Council is looking for the suppliers to provide the software, Licensing and maintenance of the new catering and information system.

In addition to the hardware the Council is looking for the suppliers to provide the software, Licensing and maintenance of the new catering and information system.
Renewal: This is an initial 48 month (4 year) contract period and the option to extend by 3 x 1 year extensions at the discretion of the Council and subject to satisfactory performance by the contractor,
