The Procurement Process is divided into 4 stages. 1. EoI 2. RFP 3. Due Diligence 4. Contract Award At each stage bidders are required to deliver specific details regarding their proposed solution and based on the merits thereof, the bidder will progress to the next stage. We will also be using Scoring Matrices to score the bids. Bidders are able to communicate freely with the ASR bid team via the WAX digital portal which the bid team monitor on a daily basis. All bidders will receive, if needed, feedback as to their bid.
