Lot Information
Client Management Services
The overarching aim of the employability service will be to provide locally delivered and targeted employability services to enable East Renfrewshire residents to improve their employability and skills, and progress into sustainable employment. The objectives of the service are to: Provide a flexible, client centred employability support service following the five stages of the employability skills pipeline Develop a partnership approach to service delivery to add value to, and complement, other employability services (e.g. Fair Start Scotland, specialist services) by supporting clients to progress into appropriate support relevant to their specific needs.
Business Liaison ServicesEast Renfrewshire Council wishes to engage an external partner to support the engagement of the local business base and promotion of business support and employability services
Job Brokerage ServicesEast Renfrewshire Council wishes to engage an external partner to support our job brokerage service to meet the needs of CPP Employability clients and local businesses
Family Firm ServicesEast Renfrewshire Council wishes to engage an external partner to support our Family Firm clients into training/employment
Health Barrier ServicesEast Renfrewshire that will pilot support for unemployed residents to address and overcome health related barriers to employment. The service will be targeted at supporting individuals with a range of health conditions, including physical, mental, sensory or learning difficulty or disability, to enable them to actively participate in the labour market
Marketing of Employability ServicesProvide marketing support for our employability services including developing marketing campaigns, planning, advertising, public relations, organising events, product development, distribution and research.
Vocational Training ServicesEast Renfrewshire Council wishes to engage an external business partner to provide a wide range of pre/vocational training interventions which will assist customers (aged 16+) achieve their training and job goals.
Pre NEET Activty ServicesTo support local residents who are at risk of becoming 'pre-NEET' to meet the needs of CPP Employability clients
Modern Apprentice Programme ServicesTo engage with an external business partner to deliver (with appropriate approvals in place), facilitate and/or source appropriate vocational training for our MAs

"minimum": "To establish the financial standing of a Tenderer, the Council will firstly take into account a risk report provided independently by Credit Safe. Within such reports, the risk of business failure is expressed as a score ranging from 1 -100. In the event that a company is determined to have a risk failure rating of below 30 i.e. that the company is considered to have a high risk of business failure, the submission will not be considered further. Where you are not registered on credit safe e.g. charitable organisations, new start companies and Sole Traders you are required to submit 2 years financial accounts, including Profit & Loss Statement and Balance Sheet for consideration. The successful tenderer will be expected to maintain a Creditsafe level of 30+ throughout the contract period. The offer of any extension to the contract will be dependent on an acceptable crediting rating of 30+. The council reserve the right to terminate the contract should the financial standing decline to an unacceptable level. Tenderers should be aware that any outstanding County Court Judgements will have a detrimental effect on the rating held by Credit Safe and it is your responsibility to ensure that the information held by Credit Safe is accurate and up to date - failure to do so will result in rejection of your submission."
