Client Management Services

The overarching aim of the employability service will be to provide locally delivered and targeted employability services to enable East Renfrewshire residents to improve their employability and skills, and progress into sustainable employment. The objectives of the service are to: Provide a flexible, client centred employability support service following the five stages of the employability skills pipeline Develop a partnership approach to service delivery to add value to, and complement, other employability services (e.g. Fair Start Scotland, specialist services) by supporting clients to progress into appropriate support relevant to their specific needs.

Business Liaison Services

East Renfrewshire Council wishes to engage an external partner to support the engagement of the local business base and promotion of business support and employability services

Job Brokerage Services

East Renfrewshire Council wishes to engage an external partner to support our job brokerage service to meet the needs of CPP Employability clients and local businesses

Family Firm Services

East Renfrewshire Council wishes to engage an external partner to support our Family Firm clients into training/employment

Health Barrier Services

East Renfrewshire that will pilot support for unemployed residents to address and overcome health related barriers to employment. The service will be targeted at supporting individuals with a range of health conditions, including physical, mental, sensory or learning difficulty or disability, to enable them to actively participate in the labour market

Marketing of Employability Services

Provide marketing support for our employability services including developing marketing campaigns, planning, advertising, public relations, organising events, product development, distribution and research.

Vocational Training Services

East Renfrewshire Council wishes to engage an external business partner to provide a wide range of pre/vocational training interventions which will assist customers (aged 16+) achieve their training and job goals.

Pre NEET Activty Services

To support local residents who are at risk of becoming 'pre-NEET' to meet the needs of CPP Employability clients

Modern Apprentice Programme Services

To engage with an external business partner to deliver (with appropriate approvals in place), facilitate and/or source appropriate vocational training for our MAs
