Notice Description

The proposed works comprise the installation of under floor drainage within two properties located in Target Road, Airdrie together with the installation of a new false floor in concrete. The Works are to be carried out in two phases, with a break of a minimum of three weeks between phases. The drainage is to be connected to the mainline via a silt trap and a non-return valve. The properties will be unoccupied, as the tenants are being decanted. The properties will also be emptied, including existing floor coverings. This work will be carried out by others prior to the Works commencing on site.
