    "description": "Moray Council has approximately 4,500 properties that use gas and as such regarding the Gas Regulations has them serviced by their Building Services Direct Labour Organisation through a Partnership Agreement. This contract is for the Quality Assurance Inspection and Testing Requirements following Gas Safety Checks and Servicing Work. The successful Contractor will provide assurance to Moray Council that the gas safety checks, servicing of gas appliances and boiler installations carried out by their Contractors has been undertaken to an acceptable standard. The brief is for the provision of a cost for an audit for 5% of these activities. This equates to 240 domestic services over a two year period which are situated at various locations. This PIN is being used to seek expressions of interest from suppliers in this field. Suppliers should complete and submit the attached Supplier Response Template by email to procurement@moray.gov.uk by noon on 28th September 2018. Please ensure that all questions are completed as this information will be used to select a maximum of 6 suppliers to quote (via PCS Quick Quote) for the required work.
