The Framework Agreement is for the supply and delivery of the following Anti-TNF agents and associated dual therapy medicines to health boards across NHS Scotland: Etanercept Infliximab Methotrexate The Goods have been split into five (5) categories, each of which are identified as a "Lot". Full details of each Lots are contained in section II.2 of this notice.

Lot Information

Etanercept

This Lot is for the supply of Etanercept 10mg, 25mg, 50mg presentations to NHS Scotland. This will require supply of the Goods direct to hospitals and nominated home delivery supplier(s) as directed by the Authority. Each product line has been treated as an individual Lot and is awarded on a line by line basis. This Lot was awarded as an unranked multi supplier Framework to three (3) suppliers.

Renewal: The Authority is entitled at its sole discretion to extend the Framework Agreement for up to a maximum of twenty four (24) months by giving a minimum of three (3) months written notice of such extension(s).

Infliximab

This Lot is for the supply Infliximab 100mg powder for concentrate for solution for infusion to NHS Scotland. This Lot has been awarded as an unranked multi supplier Framework and awarded to five (5) suppliers.

Renewal: The Authority is entitled at its sole discretion to extend the Framework Agreement for up to a maximum of twenty four (24) months by giving a minimum of three (3) months written notice of such extension(s).

Methotrexate (50 mg per 1 ml concentration ) pre-filled self injection device

This Lot is for the supply of Methotrexate (50 mg per 1 ml concentration ) pre-filled self injection device to NHS Scotland. This will require supply of the Goods direct to hospitals and nominated home delivery supplier(s) as directed by the Authority. The Authority has awarded as an unranked multi-supplier Framework Agreement for the Lot to two (2) suppliers.

Renewal: The Authority is entitled at its sole discretion to extend the Framework Agreement of up to a maximum of twenty four (24) months by giving a minimum of three (3) months written notice of such extension(s).
