Low Carbon Innovation Funding
Notice Description
The Scottish Government has a requirement to place three contracts with either one, two or three external service providers for the provision of financial, legal and technical support for the production of Investment Grade Business Proposals for seven (7) organisations as part of its Low Carbon Infrastructure Transitional Programme (LCITP). The three contracts will be for a period of circa 7 months. All of the required business proposals must be completed by 30th June 2019.
Lot Information
Heat Networks
Lot 1 Heat Networks: The successful supplier will work and liaise with the two projects to provide financial, technical and legal support and expertise to assist projects in the production of their Investment Grade Business Proposal. Two individual IGBP's will be delivered under Lot 1. They are as follows: A.River Clyde Homes - Port Glasgow District Heating Network B.Dundee City Council - Dighty Corridor District Heating Network The total budget for Lot 1 will be 150,000 GBP - 175,000 GBP
Electric VehiclesLot 2 Electric Vehicles: The successful supplier will be required to provide financial, technical and legal support and expertise to assist projects in the production of their Investment Grade Business Proposal. Five individual IGBP's will be delivered under Lot 2. They are as follows: A.Scottish Borders Council - Vehicle Charging Infrastructure B.Stirling Council - Peak Integrated Energy System; C.Stirling Council - Public Sector Innovation Hub; D.City of Edinburgh Council - Solar and Vehicle Charging, Hermiston Gate; E.Kirkton of Monikie - Hydrogen Supply Company The total budget for Lot 2 will be 230,000 GBP - 250,000 GBP
Anaerobic DigestionLot 3 Anaerobic Digestion: The successful supplier will be required to provide financial, technical and legal support and expertise to assist projects in the production of their Investment Grade Business Proposal. One IGBPs will be delivered under Lot 3. This is as follows: Dumfries and Galloway & Scottish Borders Council - Central Anaerobic Digestio Facility. The total budget for Lot 3 will be 75,000 GBP - 90,000 GBP
