Notice Description

Scottish Enterprise are looking to appoint a property marketing agent to provide professional services and advice on all relevant matters relating to the promotion, marketing and disposal of three development sites at Gartcosh Business Interchange. It is anticipated that the contract will commence on the 12th of December 2018 for an initial period of 3 years, with Scottish Enterprise having the option to extend for a further period of 12 months.

Scottish Enterprise are looking to appoint a property marketing agent to provide professional services and advise on all relevant matters relating to the promotion, marketing and disposal of three development sites at Gartcosh Business Interchange. The three development sites are: - 1. Site 1 - 17.82 hectares (44.04 acres) 2. Site 1A4 - 3.79 hectares (9.29 acres) 3. Site 3 - 14.32 hectares (35.38 acres) There are no current expressions of interests for sites 1 and 1A4 and the agent will be required to prepare a market action plan for SE's approval. Site 3 is one of two sites under consideration by NHS Lanarkshire as the location for the replacement facility for Monklands General Hospital. If Site 3 is selected as the location for the new medical facility the agent will be required to negotiate the site's disposal. If Site 3 is not selected as the relocation site then the marketing strategy will have to be revised to reflect the availability of Site 3 to the market. It is anticipated that the contract will commence on the 12th of December 2018 for an initial period of 3 years, with Scottish Enterprise having the option to extend for a further period of 12 months.

Renewal: There is an option to extend for a further period of 12 months.
