East Renfrewshire Council (ERC) has identified four key greenspaces that would benefit from a detailed access design review and detailed design exercise - these are Carlibar Park, Crossmill Park, Cowan Park (Barrhead) and Rouken Glen Park (Giffnock) . As well as being key local assets for recreation and exercise, they also serve important movement functions in terms of connecting communities with key local destinations.
