The Works comprise the rewire of Fallside Secondary School including the removal of the existing identified electrical installations, provision of new panel boards, distribution boards, cable trunking systems and supports, general power and lighting outlets, light fittings and fixings, emergency lighting units and wiring, fire detection and alarm system, intruder alarm, emergency voice communication system and video door entry, disabled toilet alarms, induction loop system, period bell system, IT and telephone installation, hand driers, insectaflash units, door bells, main supplies for heating and ventilation to plant, earthing and bonding, designation labels, identification and other associated works, includes the replacement of existing ceilings.
