Notice Description
Stirling Council are seeking looking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced contractor(s) to undertake a variety of Roofing & Slating contracting in respect of planned and reactive works. The key services being sought are planned works, routine maintenance works, and unplanned reactive works/emergency call outs. Roofing companies must provide their own scaffolding.
Lot Information
Lot 2 - minor works - Repair work from 2501 (GBP) to 10000 (GBP) - maximum 3 contractors
Stirling Council are looking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced contractor(s) to undertake a variety of Roofing & Slating contracting in respect of planned and reactive works. The key services being sought are planned works, routine maintenance works, and unplanned reactive works/emergency call outs. Roofing companies must provide their own scaffolding. Generally the work will be carried out to non-council housing, all other community properties, schools and other public properties. The Council also reserves the right to use this framework in all other relevant areas of the Council's business such as commercial properties, should the need occur. All Contractors bidding will be suitably qualified and experienced, and must be a member of the National Federation of Roofing Contractors or equivalent organisation.. Renewal: Renewals will be at the sole discretion of Stirling Council; 2 x 12 month possible extensions. If extensions are taken up total contract term will be 4 years.
Lot 1 - Roof repair work - micro works Repair work from 250 GBP to 2500 GBP - maximum 3 contractorsStirling Council are seeking suitably qualified contractors to carry out a variety of roofing and slating repair work throughout the Stirling Area and it's boundaries. Generally the work will be carried out to non-council housing, all other community properties, schools and other public properties. The Council also reserves the right to use this framework in all other relevant areas of the Council's business such as commercial properties, should the need occur.. Welfare Facilities Contractors are required to provide their own welfare facilities, scaffolding and storage throughout the duration of the contract.
