Notice Description

Delivery of Project for Cisco Telephony System Disengagement and Upgrade plus Two Year Contract to provide external managed service for administration and access to all telephone services including remote monitoring. Work to divide current shared telephony network (between Care Inspectorate and SSSC) infrastructure. Upgrade to two subsequent separate Windows 10 operating models using existing infrastructure as far as practicable. Separate administration and billing rights, including wrap up codes. The use of Red Box recording equipment included. Current telephony infrastructure comprises of Cisco products.
