Provision of a multi supplier ranked framework for the removal, redistribution and disposal of various types of office or related items. The framework will operate for 4 years and will be subject to mini competition above certain thresholds. Expected turnover requirement is a minimum of 180 000 GBP per annum.

Lot 1
The Council has a requirement for a removals service across the full estate of non-residential Council properties to support the on-going property rationalisation and office relocation programme. This contract is for non-residential properties only and will include office buildings, schools, community centres and other locations within the councils property portfolio as instructed. The services required will typically include: Removal & delivery of office furniture and equipment, including the supply of packing crates Disposal of surplus furniture and equipment The service will be flexible and customer focused and excellent communication links are essential to the service being delivered successfully.
Renewal: Up to 24 months extension after 2 years
