Notice Description
The Authority wishes to adopt a supportive approach, working in partnership with employees to improve their own health through healthy lifestyles; increasing their energy, strength and resilience and maximising their attendance at work. The Authority seeks to achieve greater productivity and higher employee engagement. It is recognised that an effective, modern and proactive occupational health service, which reflects best practice, can assist in achieving these commitments. The Contractor is required to provide comprehensive effective employee Occupational Health support services to Institutional employees. A core set of services required have been identified and include, but are not limited to: a. Pre-employment Screening b. Absence Management & Medical /Disability Assessment c. Health Protection services d. Travel Health Services

Occupational Health Service including Wrap-around Support Services e.g. Physiotherapy; Workplace Ergonomic; Counselling Services - to support the main Occupational Health Provision.. Economic may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
Renewal: The Authority reserves the right to extend the Framework Agreement for a further 2 x 12 months subject to satisfactory performance and continued Institutions requirements.
