Project Management of Local Authority Crematorium Refurbishment project to replace 2 cremators with modern bariatric cremators and installing an abatement system to comply with anticipated 2020 emissions regulations. Limited access to cremator room will require temporary demolition work and extension of existing buildings plus temporary works to minimise disruption to the operation of the crematorium all as described in the tender documents.

Renewal: One off project which may require several other contracts to be put in place to complete the works. Anticipated time associated with completion of works contracts.
