Support for Adult (16+) Mental Health and Wellbeing will be the foundation that supports and guides those experiencing low level mental health problems back towards a more fully participatory life within their local communities and society.

Lot 1

The provision is for support to adults (16+) with low level mental health problems living in Angus. Anyone experiencing difficulty coping with the stresses of daily life; feeling that they need support to stay healthy and meet their full potential; or assistance to be able to participate fully in their community, social and work life will be eligible for support. The focus is on early intervention / prevention and on equipping service users with the necessary tools to self manage their mental and physical health and wellbeing. A full and detailed description of the service procured is set out in the Specification of Requirements which accompanied the Contract Notice preceding this Contract Award Notice.. The contract duration is 3 years with provision to extend by up to 2 further years. The stated estimated value of the contract at 1,500,000 GBP is for the full 5 years (3+2).
