Notice Description

Information Governance (IG) sits at the heart of everything the Care Inspectorate does. That is why it is important that we get our IG right as part of our investment in our digital transformation programme to move to Office 365 (O365).We have the IG and Security policies, but need assistance from someone experienced in establishing working models of SharePoint and O365 to translate policy into practice. The successful bidder will:* Identify a no-code solution, that uses the "out of the box" Microsoft O365 package to design and create an environment in SharePoint that is reflected across the O365 application landscape* Work with IG and Information, Communication & Technology (ICT) colleagues to ensure that the overall programme delivery reflects the needs of IG and the users to make it "easy to do the right thing" with regards to Information and Security Management.* Identify a pathway to successful implementation of information and security governance configuration in conjunction with our expert user groups and other key stakeholders that dovetails with the overarching programme delivery plan* Identify the migration path from shared drives and current outlook system to O365 with associated duplication and clean up against the current review and retention schedule.* Develop a model for roll out which enhances both user experience and statutory compliance across SharePoint and the O365 applications.* Upskill the IG and ICT team to manage and amend the configuration as required.
