Notice Description
SE awarded a framework to explore opportunities with a number of pilot projects (up to five) to inject FTC. These pilot projects comprise a number of SE owned sites for which it is seeking a private sector partner and projects initiated by the private sector which might be financed through FTC through either, equity or loan. SE is now seeking to appoint Financial Advisers to assist in undertaking financial due diligence on the viability of these proposed projects and assessments on the suitability of applicants that will be in receipt of FTC monies. It is anticipated that the framework will commence on the 20th of November 2018 for a period of 11 months, with the option to extend for a further 6 months.
